Week One. 24/02/12

Today I created a "Time Scale Productions" title screen for the begining of my trailer and various parts of my website. I also visited my brothers house ( The main location for the recording of trailer ) and completed a risk assessment, actors signed consent forms and we began filming certain parts for the trailer and discussed that we would film some more next week. Whilst recording I took some images to include as part of my image gallery that is part of the website.

Week One. 23/02/12

Today I completed half of the storyboards and the script for my theatrical trailer. I also discussed a schedule for recording the trailer with the actors.

Week One. 22/02/12

Today I created risk assessments to be completed for the locations I will be filming the trailer for my film website. I also created consent forms for the actors to sign before i begin to film.

Today I presented my pitch presentation to my lecturers and received feedback. I also completed my proposal.

My Final Major Project concept.

For my Final Major Project I have decided to design and create a website based upon a fictional horror film. Included in this website will be a 2 minute theatrical trailer placed on its own page which will also be the home page. The website will have another three pages... The 'About' page will have a detailed description of the movie storyline so that viewer can fully understand the plot. Another page will be the 'Image gallery' page, this will include images such as 'Behind the scenes', characters and locations included within the film. The last page will be 'Posters and Desktop wallpapers' and this page will include various advertisement posters and desktop wallpapers available for the audience to save and use as a wallpaper on their personal computer.

The plot toward the fictional film ;

In 2006, Jason and Kelsey Briggs brutally abused and murdered their twelve year old daughter, Skyla. Convinced they had successfully escaped without notice, six years later they would pay the price. Skyla returns in seek of revenge of the acts her parents performed within the last few years of her deprived childhood. She immediately begins to play mind games, torturing her parents just as they had with her until the point of anguish.
